Owner/ManagerRod Parker is the third generation of Parkers to own and manage Parker Johnston Industries, making us a true family business. Rod has his Bachelors of Arts from the University of British Columbia and is an Interprovincial Red Seal-Certified Roofer and a Gold Seal-Certified Project Manager. He oversees all aspects of operations, and specializes in projects where cost control is a key component.
General ManagerLandon holds a Bachelors of Engineering from the University of Victoria, and has more than 15 years of construction management experience.
Chief Financial OfficerAs our Chief Financial Officer, Colette provides invaluable expertise, overseeing all financial aspects of our operation.
Senior Commercial EstimatorJosh is a Journeyman Roofer, Damp and Waterproofer with over 25 years of construction project management and estimating experience.
General SuperintendentNeil oversees all aspects of commercial work including scheduling, cost control, and labour allocation. He is a Red Seal Carpenter with over 20 years of experience.
AutoCAD Draftsperson and Junior EstimatorEmily is responsible for the delivery of shop drawings, submittals, product samples, and design assistance.
Flat Roofing SuperintendentColin oversees quality control and scheduling of all major commercial roofing projects. He has over 30 years of experience in all facets of the roofing trade.
Sheet Metal SuperintendentIan oversees quality control and scheduling of all major metal-roofing and metal-wall systems. He has over a decade of experience as a Journeyman Architectural Sheet Metal Worker.
Wall Systems and Remediation SuperintendentMatt is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 15 years of field experience in all aspects of the building trade.
General Manager, Remediation and General Contracting WorksStefan has over 20 years of construction project management and estimating experience, and is also certified as a Journeyman Mason.
Sales Manager, Residential and Light CommercialWith over 20 years with us, Brian is a Journeyman Roofer specializing as a Damp and Waterproofer.
Estimator, Residential RoofingJack has a long history with the Parker Johnston company: over 40 years of service with us!
Estimator, Residential and CommercialTroy has been with Parker Johnston for over 20 years, overseeing quality control, scheduling and logistics of all of our residential steep-slope roofing projects.
Residential Shingling SuperintendentShaun is a BC-Certified Residential Steep Roofer with more than 20 years’ experience in the trades.
Building Envelope Repair and Maintenance Superintendent, South IslandTodd is responsible for scheduling and quality control of all small repairs, small re-roofs, and ongoing maintenance program work in the south island.
Manufacturing Technical Support and Sales Manager (LKMe)Mike oversees manufacturing quality control, architectural support, and billing/scheduling of all metal fabrications. Mike is a Journeyman Certified Architectural Sheet Metal Worker (Cladder) and Ironworker and a Gold Seal-Certified Superintendent with over 30 years of experience.
Sheet Metal Fabrications SuperintendentWith over 30 years of experience in metal fabrications, Steve is a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker, a Gold Seal-Certified Superintendent, Rheinzink and VM Zinc factory-trained and an Autocad- trained technician.
Paul Van Dusen
Health and Safety Manager, Victoria and RegionPaul oversees all aspects of our corporate safety including training, compliance and back-to-work programs. He also manages our relationship with WorkSafeBC.
Payroll and HR Manager, all locationsCarry performs two valuable roles: overseeing the daily payroll and training interactions with our employees.
General Manager, Lower MainlandJim has over 25 years of experience in estimating and project management for all types of roofing and cladding. He also has extensive education and experience in architectural and mechanical drafting and computer-aided drafting.
Estimator/Project Manager, Lower MainlandTom has over 25 years of working experience in construction industry which includes architectural zinc manufacturing, roofing and wall cladding. He also has extensive education and experience in AIBC building envelope, passive house design, architectural drafting and computer-aided drafting.
Estimator/Project Manager, Lower MainlandGraham works to provide the highest level of service as a commercial roofing estimator/project manager. He has worked within the lower mainland roofing industry for the past 20 years.
Repair and Maintenance Superintendent, Lower MainlandRob oversees all repairs and maintenance for our lower mainland branch.
Architectural Sheet Metal Superintendent, Lower MainlandAttila brings over 25 years of experience in European quality and craftmanship of copper, zinc facade and ACM panel systems. He oversees quality control and scheduling of all major metal wall systems in the lower mainland.

General Manager, Prairie RegionExecutive leadership in Business Development, Estimating, Manufacturing and Project Management specific to the Commercial Building Envelope using premium level architectural products.
Roofing Division Manager, Prairie RegionMatthew has been involved in the Calgary roofing market since 2006. He has worked in many roles, starting on the field crew and has moved up the ranks into Estimating & Project Management. He has extensive experience with large scale high-rise and multi-level commercial buildings. Matthew’s most memorable project was Calgary City Centre with PCL as it has one of the most amazing green-roof in the city.
Chief Estimator, Prairie RegionTimothy is a Civil Engineering Technologist that has 13 years of construction experience in roles such as Estimator and Project Manager. He has experience working on large scale Commercial buildings, high rises and residential buildings using different products such as ACM, Terracotta, Cladding, Phenolic, Translucent Sandwich panels and Curtainwall for facades and Standing Seam, SBS, TPO, PVC, EPDM and Shingles for roofing.
Business Development Manager, Prairie RegionGraeme, with 18 years of construction experience, is responsible for Business Development. This includes reaching out to Architects, General Contractors and Consultants to introduce Parker Johnston’s high quality, proprietary products and systems.
Branch ManagerTrent brings over 25 years of experience as a ticketed Sheet Metal Worker with extensive roofing and general contracting experience.
Estimator/Project ManagerDaniela studied Architecture at UDEM in Monterrey NL Mexico. She came to Canada 13 years ago, and has been working with Parker Johnston in Calgary since September 2018. She recently made the move to our new Squamish location to manage and estimate roofing and metal cladding projects.
