Victoria Team


  • Rod Parker

    Owner/Manager

    Rod Parker is the third generation of Parkers to own and manage Parker Johnston Industries, making us a true family business. Rod has his Bachelors of Arts from the University of British Columbia and is an Interprovincial Red Seal-Certified Roofer and a Gold Seal-Certified Project Manager. He oversees all aspects of operations, and specializes in projects where cost control is a key component.
  • Landon MacLean

    General Manager

    Landon holds a Bachelors of Engineering from the University of Victoria, and has more than 15 years of construction management experience.
  • Colette Lapierre

    Chief Financial Officer

    Colette brings extensive experience and credentials (CPA, CMA, BComm) to her role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial aspects of Parker Johnston’s operations. Her background and expertise have proved invaluable during the substantial growth of the company, and its evolving systems and reporting needs.
  • Josh Vandekerkhove

    Senior Commercial Estimator

    Josh is a Journeyman Roofer, Damp and Waterproofer with over 25 years of construction, construction project management and estimating experience. He is responsible for bidding our largest and most complicated industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
  • Neil Cottier

    General Superintendent

    Neil oversees all aspects of commercial work including scheduling, cost control, and labour allocation. He is a Red Seal Carpenter with over 20 years of experience.
  • Emily Holm

    AutoCAD Draftsperson and Junior Estimator

    Emily is responsible for the delivery of shop drawings, submittals, product samples, and design assistance.
  • Colin Penny

    Flat Roofing Superintendent

    Colin oversees quality control and scheduling of all major commercial roofing projects. He has over 30 years of experience in all facets of the roofing trade.
  • Ian Broome

    Sheet Metal Superintendent

    Ian oversees quality control and scheduling of all major metal-roofing and metal-wall systems. He has over a decade of experience as a Journeyman Architectural Sheet Metal Worker.
  • Stefan Caflisch

    General Manager, Remediation and General Contracting Works

    Stefan has over 20 years of construction project management and estimating experience, and is also certified as a Journeyman Mason.
  • Brian MacDonald

    Sales Manager, Residential and Light Commercial

    With over 20 years with us, Brian is a Journeyman Roofer specializing as a Damp and Waterproofer.
  • Troy Robinson

    Estimator, Residential & Light Commercial Roofin

    Troy has been a valued member of the Parker Johnston team for over 20 years. He is responsible for delivery of shop drawings, project estimation, quotes, submittals, product samples, and design assistance for residential and light commercial roofing projects.
  • Shaun Mescheder

    Estimator, Residential Roofing

    Shaun is a BC-Certified Residential Steep Roofer with more than 20 years’ experience in the trades. He is responsible for delivery of shop drawings, project estimation, quotes, submittals, product samples, and design assistance for residential roofing projects.
  • Todd Cunningham

    Building Envelope Repair and Maintenance Superintendent, South Island

    Todd is responsible for scheduling and quality control of all small repairs, small re-roofs, and ongoing maintenance program work in the south island.
  • Mike Duff

    Manufacturing Technical Support and Sales Manager (LKMe)

    Mike oversees manufacturing quality control, architectural support, and billing/scheduling of all metal fabrications. Mike is a Journeyman Certified Architectural Sheet Metal Worker (Cladder) and Ironworker and a Gold Seal-Certified Superintendent with over 30 years of experience.
  • Steve Ash

    Sheet Metal Fabrications Superintendent

    With over 30 years of experience in metal fabrications, Steve is a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker, a Gold Seal-Certified Superintendent, Rheinzink and VM Zinc factory-trained and an Autocad- trained technician.
  • Greg Clarke

    Senior Health and Safety Manager

    Greg oversees all aspects of our corporate safety including training, compliance and back-to-work programs. He also manages our relationship with WorkSafeBC.
  • Carry Bruce

    Payroll and HR Manager, all locations

    Carry has been in the payroll/HR field for 30 years and it is her passion! She has her PCP designation through the National Payroll Association, and continually researches legislation and best practices for HR. She performs two valuable roles: managing the daily payroll and overseeing training interactions with our employees.
  • Jeff McPherson

    Steep-Slope Roofing Superintendent

    Jeff oversees quality control, scheduling and logistics for all of our residential steep-slope roofing projects.
  • Carter Hovey

    Manufacturing Manager

    Carter brings extensive metal manufacturing experience and a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker designation to his expansive role. He oversees all aspects of our metal and panel manufacturing operations, ensuring the 30,000+ square foot shop, dozens of machines and hundreds of thousands of pounds of metal are managed in an efficient, skilled, and safe manner.

Vancouver Team


  • Jim Nicholson

    General Manager, Lower Mainland

    Jim has over 25 years of experience in estimating and project management for all types of roofing and cladding. He also has extensive education and experience in architectural and mechanical drafting and computer-aided drafting.
  • Tom Vilaysone

    Estimator/Project Manager, Lower Mainland

    Tom has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry including architectural zinc manufacturing, roofing, and wall cladding, along with his extensive education and experience in AIBC building envelope, passive house design, architectural drafting and computer-aided drafting. He is responsible for delivery of shop drawings, project estimation, quotes, submittals, product samples, design assistance and overall management of projects.
  • Attila Boros

    Architectural Sheet Metal Superintendent, Lower Mainland

    Attila brings over 25 years of experience in European quality and craftmanship of copper, zinc facade and ACM panel systems. He oversees quality control and scheduling of all major metal wall systems in the lower mainland.
  • Sarah Dickson

    Health and Safety, Lower Mainland

    Sarah brings an education in Health & Safety Management and over 25 years’ experience in industrial and commercial construction to her role at Parker Johnston. She oversees training and compliance, ensuring the ongoing safety of our workers.
  • Amrit Reehal

    Senior Estimator/Project Manage

    Amrit has more than 10 years of experience in estimating and project management for various types of cladding. A graduate of BCIT’s Construction Management program with honors, he implements his experience and education in his oversight of the cladding department.
  • Chrystal Shaw

    Repairs and Maintenance Manager

    Chrystal has been in the roofing industry for over 15 years, working in both contracting and distribution. She oversees all the repairs and maintenance done through Parker Johnston for the Lower Mainland.
  • Geoff Barnes

    Roofing Manager/Assistant Manager

    Geoff has over 18 years experience in the roofing industry, starting as a Journeyman Roofer, then moving into estimator and project manager roles. He is responsible for all Parker Johnston flat roofing projects in the Lower Mainland.

Calgary Team


  • Larry Charles

    General Manager, Prairie Region

    Executive leadership in Business Development, Estimating, Manufacturing and Project Management specific to the Commercial Building Envelope using premium level architectural products.
  • Matt O’Dell

    Operations Manager, Prairie Region

    Matthew has been involved in the Calgary roofing market since 2006, starting on a field crew and moving up the ranks into estimating and project management. He has extensive experience with large scale high-rise and multi-level commercial buildings, with his most memorable project being Calgary City Centre with PCL, due to its amazing green roof.
  • Michelle Rheaume

    Estimating Manager

    Michelle has over 12 years’ experience working in the construction industry in BC and AB, starting in the field and working up project management and estimating. She has experience ranging from concrete and civil works to full building envelope management, employing that expertise in her delivery of shop drawings, project estimation, submittals, product samples and design assistance for various projects.
  • Casey Reece

    Business Development Representative

    With over 10 years of construction experience ranging from project management to sales, Casey is passionate about using her specialized knowledge of technical details and product applications to provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers.

  • Trent Tanner

    Branch Manager

    Trent brings over 25 years of experience as a ticketed Sheet Metal Worker with extensive roofing and general contracting experience.
  • Daniela Casas

    Estimator/Project Manager

    Daniela studied Architecture at UDEM in Monterrey NL Mexico. She came to Canada 13 years ago, and has been working with Parker Johnston in Calgary since September 2018. She recently made the move to our new Squamish location to manage and estimate roofing and metal cladding projects.
